Līga Kalniņa

Līga Kalniņa came to the company Civinity almost four years ago, when one day she received an unexpected job offer from a remote acquaintance, although at that time she was not even looking for a job.

Līga had recently completed her studies in music pedagogy, and it had not even occurred to her to change her professional direction.

“The offer to move to a completely different industry, at that time completely unknown and incomprehensible to me, seemed tempting. Not even for a moment have I regretted my choice” – Līga remembers.

She began her career as a customer service center specialist and her day-to-day responsibilities included answering customer calls and emails. Two years later, she received an offer to become an assistant in the commercial property management department, which allowed her to look at the industry from a completely different perspective. Currently, Līga works as a key customer support service specialist, who dedicates her daily life to training new employees, works with a call center and manages the FMS system within the training company.
