New self-service portal is now available to Civinity customers, starting from January 26, a new self-service portal civinity.e-saimnieks.lv is available to all Civinity Home customers, where it is possible to view and pay the current bill, view the bill history, get acquainted with the most up-to-date information on issues related to the management of the house, as well as to provide meter readings. We are actively following the market trends, we see that the real estate management industry is developing rapidly, the “face” of the industry is changing. It is becoming more modern, more dynamic, the customer is becoming more and more demanding. The lack of patience is undeniably a feature of our age. The customer no longer wants to wait, and we do not want to make the customer wait, so creating a convenient self-service portal that would be available to each of our customers is only a logical step for the company’s further development, ”emphasizes Alīna Anžinovska, Head of Customer Support Center.
