As a result of successful cooperation with the building owners, it was decided to install a new intercom.  Given that it was not possible to replace the damaged input panel because they were no longer produced, the whole system had to be replaced. To save the resident’s money a communications research was carried out and suitable solutions were found. “Residents not only had access to quality drinking water, but they also saved money.” Residents of Biķernieku Street 16 and 16A were supplied with low-quality drinking water, but Civinity offered to solve this situation by installing high-quality domestic inlet filters with automatic rinsing. After their installation, the water quality improved. Given that low-quality water had previously been supplied, a recalculation was requested from the previous water supplier.  Residents not only had access to quality drinking water, but they also saved money.

“The customer saved money and time by not having to remove the key cores and replace them with new ones.” One summer day, Civinity Call Center received a desperate call from a resident of Jaunlazdu Street 8 about the fact that she had lost the keys to the apartment, and she is not able to get in, but the spare keys are behind closed doors.  After a talk with the client, it was clarified that she lost her keys while she was running in the forest and possibility to find them in the dark is extremely low.  The master came to the client and inspected the apartment from the outside and found out that one of the windows of the apartment is half-open. The apartment is located on the first floor, so the master using the stairs was able to access the window, fully open it and enter the apartment. Spare keys were found, and client got into the apartment.  Thanks to the master’s resourcefulness, the customer saved money and time by not having to remove the key cores and replace them with new ones.
