The application is registered in the Customer Support Center and transferred to the management of the relevant works.

Incoming emails and calls are processed within one business day, on average, answers to customer questions are provided within one day.  If it is necessary to involve a specialist in the relevant field (lawyer, financier, house manager, technical specialist) to provide an answer, then the response time can be from three to ten working days, which corresponds to the provisions of the management agreement.
