If there is a need for more voluminous and extensive work, then a decision of apartment owners or society is required. If the repair work is not too voluminous, then they can be carried out at the expense of the savings fund or within the framework of the management fee, assessing each case individually.  The issue of the work to be performed should be discussed with the manager of the house, identifying the problem, possible solutions and costs. 

To carry out work on the improvement of the house, a decision of the community or society is necessary, as well as support for the implementation of work. 

The communication channels are through the manager.  A potential contractor will be found and an estimate agreed with residents. Once the estimate is agreed, the repair work starts and is carried out within the specified timeframe.    

Expenses are distributed among the owners of apartments in the manner prescribed by the concluded agreement on the management of a residential building.  If the contract does not determine the distribution of expenses, the accrual is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law (for example, in proportion to the area of the house in square meters or the number of tenants of a particular house).
