An apartment building 67 Dzelzavas Street, Riga

Renovation works have started in another building managed by Civinity Mājas. As a result of successful cooperation, information exchange and mutual trust between residents of the building at 67 Dzelzavas Street, Riga, association and other stakeholders, the planned works in this building will result in a significant increase in energy efficiency as well as the increase of the building cost in the future.

On 21 June 2021 the association “Dzelzavas 67” has signed an agreement with JSC “Attīstības finanšu institūciju ALTUM” on granting European Union European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) financing for the implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures for the apartment building at 67 Dzelzavas Street, Riga.

The renovation will include: facade insulation, roofing replacement, attic and basement insulation, plinth insulation, door replacement in common areas and reconstruction of the internal household sewerage and water supply system.

According to the energy audit, the energy efficiency improvement measures carried out will ensure:
heat energy savings of 64.5 kWh/m2 per year;
a reduction of greenhouse gases of 140.049 CO2 eq.T/year.

Total project cost EUR 406`770.45 (including construction works, construction supervision, author supervision and project management).
