For the convenience of our customers, a new self-service portal civinity.e-saimnieks.lv was launched in January. It offers the opportunity to open and pay a current invoice, view bill history, submit meter readings, and get acquainted with the newest information. Creating a self-service portal is an important step towards more modern and effective property management, which allows to facilitate and speed up various related processes that are important not only for customers, but also for the company’s employees. The number of users of the self-service portal is growing every day, and more and more words of gratitude come from customers. That’s why we are pleased to announce the launch of the campaign “Register on the Civinity self-service portal civinity.e-saimnieks.lv and win a prize!” All customers who register on the Civinity self-service portal before May 1 of this year automatically become participants of the lottery with the opportunity to  win one of the twenty Ikea gift cards each in the amount of 50 euros.

Lottery rules

• All customers who will register on the self-service portal civinity.e-saimnieks.lv before May 1, 2022 become participants of the lottery. 
• The total prize fund is 1000 euros.  20 gift cards from the Ikea store will be drawn, each in the amount of 50 euros. 
• The lottery will be held on May 5, 2022, and the winners will be chosen by online program random.org.
• The names of the lottery winners will be posted on the civinity.lv website. Each of the winners will be contacted by a representative of Civinity.
